We are seeking educators who are passionate about teaching young children and committed to growing within a classroom role as part of a unified school vision.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, Christ-centered Pre-K Teacher who is called specifically to the classroom, providing hands-on teaching focused on early childhood development. This role is ideal for an educator who loves working with young learners, values structure and guidance, and thrives in a collaborative, team-driven environment under established leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Spiritual Leadership: Model a love for Jesus daily, integrating Biblical truths into lessons and classroom culture.
Curriculum Implementation: Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons utilizing our school’s fully established curriculum (no curriculum creation required).
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Director and teaching staff to align classroom goals and support school-wide initiatives.
Classroom Management: Create a safe, joyful, and orderly learning environment that reflects Christian values.
Growth Mindset: Maintain flexibility and a positive attitude as our startup school evolves and expands.
Qualifications & Requirements
Faith Alignment: A confessed, active faith in Jesus Christ and a deep love for children.
Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of teaching experience (ideal for recent graduates or early-career teachers).
Coachability: A strong respect for leadership, a desire for professional mentorship, and a willingness to execute the leadership’s vision and curriculum layout.
Teamwork: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record of working well in a team.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
Commitment: Looking for a long-term career home, not just a temporary job.
This role is not intended as a pathway to administration or leadership positions at this time.
Schedule
School Year Position: August through May
Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
